Jes has had many jobs in his 24 years of
living. So far, Jes has been: a movie theatre concessions clerk, a
barista, a secretary, an actor, a dancer, a singer, a minister, a vocal
coach, an office supply lackey, a musician, a waiter, a carpenter, a video
store manager, a tailor,
a lawn cutter, a computer applications teacher, and a house painter.
Jes has always been fascinated with music and performing. In his early days, Jes sang with his family, under the name Adam Family Heritage, in nearby states at churches, nursing facilities, and banquet halls. All through school Jes studied music, learning the saxophone, piano, and violin. Then, throughout college he refined his skills as a vocalist and actor. At age 15, Jes was privileged to twice join the company of The Little Theatre on the Square, first as an actor in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR. Since then, Jes has gone on to perform in over 35 plays and musicals. At that early age, Jes knew that performance was a part of his chemical make-up. To him, nothing is as thrilling and satisfactory as being on a stage imparting some bit of entertainment, wisdom, courage, or advice. Today, Jes travels the nation sharing songs of encouragement and entertainment and the story of Christ's Love and Sacrifice. |
